Although Sherrie is new to the Atlanta market (2007), she has assembled powerhouse talent in all areas of production and is making a huge imprint in the industry.

She is currently producing and writing for several networks, developing a sitcom, a micro-series pilot for Turner, and in post-production for a feature film, which she directed this past summer. Other notable projects in development include a reality show, and an investigative true crime series with Dr. Michael Stone, best known for his Discovery Channel series called, “Most Evil.” Sherrie is known for recruiting creative teams with diverse backgrounds so that there can be a broad exchange of ideas and talents during the development process, which ultimately culminate in quality programs across many genres that appeal to modern audiences. She is a visionary with a passion for producing quality content that inspires, educates, and changes the way people think, feel, react, and believe. Her goal is to make a difference through her artistic pursuits in media.

Prior to relocating to Atlanta, Sherrie was the vice president of production and administration over both the television and music divisions of Park Place Productions in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. During her tenure, she was responsible for scouting and signing new talent, and creating new shows, and collaborated with many top music producers at studios such as The Dream Factory in New York City. A Greenville, South Carolina native, Sherrie attended college in Birmingham, Alabama at Samford University, obtaining a BA degree in theatre with an emphasis in acting and directing.

Upon graduation she went on to work in the performing arts, TV, and film. She has acted professionally on stage in theatres around the world and has consistently written and directed for the theatre, traveling to Central America, Scotland, Russia, the Ukraine, and London, with an international production company called, “Kingdom Productions,” where she worked as the creative director and then vice president for 12 years.

Most recently, Sherrie performed in lead roles on stage in Atlanta at the Aurora Theatre and The 14th Street Playhouse, and on Tyler Perry's "The House of Payne" as the teacher, Ms. Giles. In June, she filmed a principal role as the District Attorney in the new Jim Carrey movie, "I Love You, Phillip Morris," on location in New Orleans. She works as an actress whenever possible, expanding the relationships with independent filmmakers around the country, and continues to freelance write, having been published nationally. These endeavors have helped her develop strong relationships with executive editors of many publishing houses and executives in the TV and film industry.
